PRODUCTION

ArgenCarne will have a central concept towards the improvement of productivity and efficiency in the production of meat, one of the biggest challenges to gain new international markets. ArgenCarne will include training and exchange of knowledge through an International Meat Symposium, a meat production seminar, visits to a model establishment and, of course, competitions and livestock auctions in order to display the best Argentine cattle to the world.

INTERNATIONAL MEAT SYMPOSIUM

This symposium is meant for agents of the meat chain. It will offer policies, strategies, worldwide markets, great business trends, food safety, disease control, precision livestock farming, international prices and new business and investment models.

MEAT PRODUCTION SEMINAR

This seminar will gather the greatest meat industry mentors in a programme of short and inspiring conferences in order to encourage producers to widen their knowledge and improve their productivity.

“STOCKBREEDERS SCHOOL” FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS.

Stays in model establishments will develop the abilities of young producers through training with a mentor who will help them to achieve their personal goals.

VISITS TO LIVESTOCK ESTABLISHMENTS

Half- and full-day excursions to have a first-hand look at commercial livestock operations with leading producers.

CONTESTS AND LIVESTOCK AUCTIONS.

Presenting the best Argentine cattle livestock to the world. The programme will be focused on judgement, prize awarding, competitions and auctions for herdsmen, livestock entrepreneurs and exporters.
