CONSUMPTION

ArgenCarne has also been designed as a great popular fiesta, which shows different ways of enjoying the flavors of our meat. Every day will include a gastronomical show with the presence of famous cooks, restaurants, food trucks, a Master Chefs competition and a not-to-be-missed amateur Asadores Tournament. All these activities combined with dance and folk music shows, among other cultural expressions that surround the most symbolic product of our land.

MASTER CHEF IN MEAT

World cuisine with Argentine meat. Contests and competitions of recipes for amateurs.

ASADORES TOURNAMENT

Amateur asadores, who will cook different cuts with pre-established guidelines, will show ability and competence. There will be experts’ judgement and tasting on bread by the public.

COOKS

Influential chefs and cooks will present their gourmet and old reliable dishes, that is, the renovated and the traditional dishes based on meat as well as the new methods of cooking, presentation and consumption.

FOOD STORES

First-class restaurants, stalls, fast food and food trucks will offer beef in all its options with the presence of celebrities, press and industry leading figures.

THEME SHOWS

Cultural performances associated with meat consumption: dance and folk music recitals, horse taming, equestrian tournaments, payadores, alambradores (wire fence workers), sogueros (leather craftsmen), carvers, weavers and silversmiths showing their work.
